December 20th, 2011 at 2:30 pm I will be performing in a staged reading of the play “Centennial Casting” with the Buffalo Group Theater under the direction of Thomas G Waites. This play is written by Gino DiIorio and Nancy Bleemer. The play will be performed at The Triad Theater NYC in front of a live audience including United States Veterans from the Kingsbridge Veterans Hospital. The cast also includes Lou Martini Jr., Alicia Harding, Ernest Mingione, and James Georgiades. This is a Comedy and Love Story that takes place in a diner and a metal casting shop mistaken as a casting office for film and television.
I will be working on this film. Here is the fundraiser link http://www.indiegogo.com/LILLIAN-1 for “Lillian.” This stars Kathleen Chalfant. The film was inspired by the Edna Saint Vincent Millay poem “What Lips My Lips have Kissed.” It is a period piece that spans 1918-1940. The director is a fellow classmate of mine from William Esper and she is so talented and a lovely person to work with.
I will be performing on September 29th in a poetry reading benefit to raise money for the film “Lillian” starring Kathleen Chalfant with additional surprise guests in attendance. Information is at this link http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=217998941590958
